If you have not signed and shared this petition which is a world wide petition, then you quite obviously do not give a dam. You do not give a dam about the survivors of all these shocking crimes, their families.
There is no excuse that you could give that justifies you not signing, other than you simply do not give a dam.

Please sign and share the petition, on behalf of ever person who lost their life, on behalf of ever person who has survived Domestic Violence, sexual violence, abuse. By having a world wide memorial day, it also shines more light on this global epidemic. Be an advocate and care....give a dam.

  1. I just wanted to say thank you.
Thank you for the work you do, for what you are doing still. The petition you have organized is an amazing tribute to the millions of children, and adults who have lost their lives.
I signed and shared with so many people. I was utterly disgusted to see so little people actually signing this incredible petition, a petition that supports the victims and survivors.
You see all of these people making such huge noises about Domestic Violence, this and that should be done, yes more needs to be done to make people aware etc. Your advocates do this incredible thing and still so little support.

Well my faith in humanity just dropped. Those who have not signed should be ashamed of themselves.

I have lost family to Violence, i know the heart break you go through, having one day a year that can make the world stop and recognize all of those victims, to me is not asking very much at all, but is gaining an entire world's respect for the victims, children, women and men who lost their lives.

Your poster is beautiful, so beautiful and shows how much your site, the people who work with your site care. The poster really is so inspiring, it is going up at our work on the wall, a beautiful piece of art and conveying such a beautiful message.

Once again thank you from the bottom of my heart, my families heart, God Bless you all.

    1. Thank you so much for your blessings and words of support, in tears reading your words❤️❤️
It is a kick in the gut when our advocates, humanitarians, activists work so hard for such a major public health issue, and the support is so dismal.

No unfortunately we are not celebrities, so we don't get the media attention. Pretty sad when you think about it, we do things like this because we give a dam, no one pays us to do this, absolutely no one.

But still very, very disappointing. We have been fighting as advocates, many also survivors of Domestic Violence, some lost a child to Domestic Violence as well, so like you we know the pain, the anger you go through.

That is why this petition is so very important, it is a way to grieve, to acknowledge all those who lost lives, Babies, Children, Women, Men....Abuse does not discriminate. Something like this also shows awareness to this global health problem, now an epidemic, a violation of peoples basic human rights.
We are not just talking Domestic Violence though, we are talking Sexual Violence, sexual abuse, abuse of all forms, abuse comes in many forms and shades....like our site says 50 shades of abuse.

One thing all of our advocates, professionals who work so hard, and have done so for over a decade, with little recognition for our hard work...we will never stop fighting....never give up.....because we give a dam.

You can copy this entire link into any social media or website to share the petition.

  2. I saw an article tonight on Marie Claire about Caitlyn Jenner getting an award. I passed the link onto our other authors, we are fuming, and rightly so. Here is why....Millions of people through out the world do free advocate, charity work every single day, they devote their lives to this, they do not get paid and they don't win awards, get recognized for their work, they also use their own money to do their charity work.....That is also us our people, our professionals, our authors....most of us married with families, we work our normal jobs, take care of our families, children, husbands, and also look after a house and also do all of our advocate work, humanitarian work.

Then you have Miss Jenner, formerly Bruce....who has contributed WHAT exactly??? This entire family does not open their mouths unless they get paid. Kim Karadashain the entire bunch. They do zero humanitarian advocate work. For God sake Kim Karadashain got paid to send two tweets promoting sexual abuse, domestic violence just his year.

Here is my letter to Marie Claire which is on their Facebook page in a comment because there was nowhere else to put it.

❤️ We are actually really disgusted in Caitlyn Jenner, the entire bunch the Karadashaians, all of them actually.
Our non profit group medical professionals who work tirelessly to help people who have suffered from abuse, sexual abuse, sex-human-trafficking, domestic violence, rape, torture, PTSD,...we also work tirelessly raising awareness to these major health issues. We are advocates, humanitarians, activists. Our free time, with our families with our own money is used to help others.

❤️No one pays us to do this we do not get paid one cent to be advocates, we do this because we give a Dam as individuals, as human beings, as members of society, men, women, mothers, fathers. Abuse does not discriminate it effects babies, children, Women, Adults, transgenders, Gays, all races. ❤️

❤️We sent a world wide petition which has gone global that is going to be present to world leaders to have a world wide memorial day to remember all the victims who lost their lives to abuse--all forms of abuse, just as i have written above. Caitlyn Jenner the Karadashians and many celebrities were sent the petition in-fact your own magazine was. None of them signed, none of them re-tweeted.

Because quite frankly they simply do no give a fu%%king Dam unless they get paid to. Bloody disgusting. To us and a sentiment also shared by millions of others around the world, this family is the most selfish,Narcissistic family in the public eye. They are motivated only by money and greed.

❤️Our non profit group even wrote an incredible book which is going to be a best seller and 100% of all the profits are going to charity, we make nothing, we are giving the money to charity, because we give a fu$$king Dam. Shades of Grey...by Edward Grey

❤️Here is the petition the white house was sent it so was the first lady @FLOTUS how about the world giving a Dam and signing. There is no reason in the world why you wouldn't other than simply not giving a Dam, its that simple.❤️

❤️Let's make this happen! If you give a dam you will sign and share this world wide petition to our nations leaders memorial day for for victims of Domestic Violence & Abuse, sexual violence, human-sex-trafficking, torture, PTSD, children & Adults. Leaders of our Nations around the world....For The Survivors, Victims of Abuse, of all forms who suffer through out our world. ❤️We need a world wide memorial day to remember those who lost their lives, children and adults. An epidemic of abuse has seen so many suffer, loose their lives needlessly. We need change now...❤️NO MORE❤️

    1. Well spoken Annastasia. That award should have gone to someone else much more deserving. A lot of publicity hype there. You are right though the Karadashians, the Jenners have done nothing for society except fuel their own bank accounts. For God sake Kim K rose to fame due to her mother deliberately putting a sex tape-porn of her own daughter on line. So KK rose to fame being a porn star. And by the look of the pictures on the Daily Mail with her lying in a pile of dirt looking like a page three hooker nothing much has changed.

There are types of people in the world, the givers and the takers. That mob are the takers.

It is no different here where we are in Australia, our people we work with we see it all the time, you see it i see it. People getting awards in Australia when there are much more deserving recipients.

Then once those people get those awards they develop a God like complex and they are now above everyone else.
Actually i was discussing that very thing just two days ago with two other Psychologist, we were discussing Domestic Violence.
How those people are now in the public spotlight, who have no training, preaching about it to others, telling others how it should be, when they have no qualifications to do so.

I said hell no one gave me an award for being abused for 18 years almost dying, loosing a child to DV. My child was never honored, just like the millions of other women in the world who beaten, abused, sexual abused, Psychologically abused and lose a child to DV, abuse.

There are some who just like hearing their own praises, and think what they have gone through is so much more important than anyone elses pain and suffering. We see it trust me, only this year two of our authors here, me being one of them, and on social media were abused, then stalked by a deranged person from the UK, an abuse victim, survivor....although by her ramblings she is still a major victim and needs a hell of a lot more help. She should not even be on social media.
