No justice for domestic violence victims, not even when you are dead.
Then have your murder conviction overturned because your first lie, then your second lie, about how his wife died didn't wash, so to beat the murder conviction he say "i accidentally bludgeoned my wife to death, then i took her body miles from our home, dumped it in a creek hoping no one would find it."
The day after you murder your wife contact the insurance company to find out how much you can collect in insurance.

The court of appeal found that was acceptable grounds to have a murder conviction overturned.
The court has now given every single domestic violence abuser permission to murder their partners.
You can accidentally bludgeon to death your partner, plan the murder as long as you use the word "i accidentally bludgeoned them" and then dumped the body hoping it wouldn't be found. (unfu#king believable)
If you have the money, connections, yes you can get away with murder.

A travesty of injustice. Allison was the victim of domestic violence, her husband planned her murder and now has had his murder conviction over turned by the court of appeal.
This will set a precedent if the high court does not overturn the appeal judgment.
It will allow for future abusers to murder their victims, premeditated murder, and as long as you are planning the murder, then dump the body hoping it is never found and you say "it was an accident" you can get away with murder.
Two women a week die in Australia from domestic violence, seven children have died in 2015 from domestic violence. This is simply not acceptable, criminal because our Government are simply not doing enough to combat this epidemic happening in Australia.
We have written about this in our articles in the links above, our article the most searched for Domestic Violence on Google.
I even spoke about Domestic Violence as an international speaker in the USA just weeks ago.
The broken justice system, laws have to change, laws that are made by men, when it comes to domestic violence.
And yes there is still no justice for domestic violence victims, not even when they are murdered, just like Allison.
Victims of domestic violence and their children are still not really seen and heard by a broken justice system.
My own daughter was murdered through domestic violence, i was beaten with broken bones, cuts, bruises, death threats and so much more, and i have never seen one ounce of justice.
My then husband even arranged for persons to have me beaten up and killed.
I too had a hefty insurance policy, which he would have received. I cancelled the policy.
I have had to take my case to the Attorney General now in my state i now live in for justice, my case goes back to court in 2016.

Director of Public Prosecutions Michael Byrne personally told the Queensland Government he would lodge his appeal on January 4 and spent his holidays pouring over legal documents to give the court action the best chance of success, The Courier Mail reported.
Attorney-General Yvette D'Ath confirmed to Daily Mail Australia the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions was 'considering the matter'. But other than that, Ms D'Ath said she had 'further comment at this time'.

We are writing to the Senate to have George Brandis removed from Government from office as Attorney General. He has done zero for victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, child abuse. In fact by his inaction's to help victims and survivors he is complicit in a crime, a violation of our Human Rights under the law.
Human Rights Law... Both Rights and Obligations Human rights
entail both rights and obligations. States assume obligations and duties
under international law to respect, to protect and to fulfill human
rights. The obligation to respect means that States must refrain from
interfering with or curtailing the enjoyment of human rights. The
obligation to protect requires States to protect individuals and groups
against human rights abuses.
The obligation to fulfill means that States must take positive action to facilitate the enjoyment of basic human rights.
The obligation to fulfill means that States must take positive action to facilitate the enjoyment of basic human rights.
