Bullying is a serious of either, and; verbal — Psychological — Physical — abusive motions towards another person.  Have you ever been Bullied — Abused, called the names in our poster by anyone. It hurts. But when you are called those names on maybe a daily basis it has devastating effects on the victim. Those names can come from victims own family, such as a sibling or even an adult or from pupils at school, or workplace or over the internet. This is bullying — abuse — Psychological abuse. 
This type of bulling takes lives. It has devastating effects on the victim. That victim could be a child a teenager or even an adult. Abuse and Bullying it doesn't respect gender or age.

This is so much miss-information about bullying and abuse, much more correct education is needed about this insidious behavior. Bullying is a very complex subject.

More action is needed by schools, society, the justice system. Education is Key, but so is making sure those who are the victims receive support. 

Stronger action by the justice system to make those accountable, who have contributed to the destruction of a persons life or even to the death of a person as a result of bullying and abuse. 

Like Abuse, bullying is also about Control. 
Bullying like abuse does not have to leave an external scar by the abuser. 
The scars are internal to the victim, until they are not.

A victim of bullying can resort to cutting themselves, to deal with the emotional pain they are suffering. 
An individual who is cutting themselves because of bullying, and abuse, does it in places on the body where it can not be seen.  Cutting is very common by victims of bullying, abuse, sexual abuse and Psychological abuse.

We live in the digital age, and so much bullying and abuse is now conducted online. 

Hacking into a persons account, to post profanity or untruths about that person. 

Or even digitally altering pictures with the purpose of embarrassing a person, or humiliating them. 

Stalking the victim and making threats online, using others to abuse the intended victim. 

At schools taking pictures of a girl or boy in the change room, or shower, then uploading them to the internet for the world to see. And yes this can also be done to adults.

These actions are extreme bullying and abuse, and happen far too often and cost the life of the victim.

Usually when a person is bullying another person, child or adult they are also using Psychological abuse in the process. 
The people who use this type of bullying have, can have, a personality disorder of Narcissism, sociopath, or even a Psychopathy personality disorder. 

Bullying within a family is very common. 
These types of people quite often go onto to be a serial bully, with severe personality disorders. 
Silence does hide this abuse, and bullying; it allows the abuser to continue unpunished, to keep destroying another persons life.

DISCREDIT The Victim, the target

Emotional bullying: Is seen in family units, at school or in the work place, even on the internet.
Name calling, teasing, sarcasm, lying about a person, Torment, humiliation, Gang up on the target victim. All These behaviors can be done to a child and adult, and can also be carried out by a child and adult.
They are especially carried out in abusive relationships or within families where child abuse or domestic violence is present.

The Emotional negative effects of this bullying and abuse
Anxiety, depression, low self esteem, shyness, isolation, threaten to attempt suicide, or suicide and death.And a number of health issues.

Sometimes bullying is done because the person has been a victim of abuse, and or, sexual abuse, or is a victim still. 
This is their way of lashing out at the world, or lashing out for attention, and for help. 

In the poster are some of the symptoms of Anxiety and trauma from stress, abuse, bullying or violence. 

The memories, the psychological abuse lasts a life time. Anxiety, PTSD, anorexia, cutting, OCD, high bloody pressure, binge eating, heart attache, health problems, even cardiomyopathy which is a heart condition. These are serious, life threatening medical conditions.
They effect children and adults.
