A NATIONAL LEGAL RESPONSE FINAL REPORT THAT RECOMMEND UNILATERAL ACTION BY THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT

NO JUSTICE FAMILY COURT AUSTRALIA REABUSING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVORS

In 2012, approximately 5000 women in Victoria used the services of the Salvation Army Domestic Violence Outreach Services. Of those 5000 women it is estimated that most of the services were for women and children escaping violence. After two years, 350 of those service users were randomly selected to see where they are now.

When people think of abuse, what comes to mind is usually physical abuse, followed by sexual, emotional or psychological abuse. Financial, or economic, abuse is another way batterers control their partners to keep them in a relationship. It’s a very powerful form of abuse that, like other types of abuse, often begins subtly and progressives over time.

Human Rights of Children not addressed at Family Court Australia

Family Consultants and the Family Court deliberately ignore the requests of children about their lives and where they want to live. Victims of Family Domestic Violence are re abused by the system, and children are being given to perpetrators of Family Domestic Violence on a full-time basis. Please read about my victim input with children and the family court of Australia in other blogs. I found this article on the internet. It is now 2015 and still not occurring. When will our children have a voice?

One Family domestic violence victim recently lost her children to a perpetrator of 12 years of violence, even though he had previously assaulted the children. Just only two weeks ago he assaulted his son with special needs. Is there any justice in Family Court of Australia for Children and their Human rights?
